Software Update Process

In order to proceed with the installation of a software update, it is necessary to ensure that you have the latest version of the Metrasens software updater, known as SMS. To do so, please follow these steps:

Step 1

Download SMS

Click the button below to download the latest version of the Metrasens SMS application. The latest SMS version available is 3.1.

Step 2

Connect to Metrasens Ultra

Open the Metrasens software updater or SMS and connect your PC to your Metrasens Ultra system by connecting the system via ethernet and entering your system’s IP address on the SMS.

Step 3

Install Update

Start the update process by clicking the Update System Software button on the SMS. The update should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
